BlockFi Login — Safe Account

BlockFi Login: Accessing Your Account and Claiming Distributions in 2026As of February 2026, the BlockFi login experience is a specialized process reserved for former clients seeking to retrieve historical records or claim their final estate distributions. The days of logging into a high-yield interest dashboard are long gone, as BlockFi officially ceased its lending and trading operations following its 2022 bankruptcy. If you are a legacy user, understanding how to navigate the current "login" ecosystem is the only way to recover your assets or obtain critical tax documentation for the 2025 and 2026 tax years. The Current State of the BlockFi Platform The original BlockFi web dashboard and mobile app were permanently shut down in May 2024. You can no longer sign in to the platform as you once did to view a live wallet or trade crypto. Instead, all "login" activities are now handled through third-party partners authorized by the BlockFi Plan Administrator. Depending on what you need, you will use one of the following gateways:1. The Kroll Restructuring Portal This is the primary administrative hub for all legal claims and estate updates. Purpose: To view your "Allowed Claim" amount, check the status of your distribution wave, and update your physical address. How to "Login": Most users received a Unique ID (also known as a Payee ID or EPOC ID) via email from Kroll. You enter this ID on the official Kroll restructuring site to verify your identity and view your specific claim details.2. Coinbase (For Crypto Distributions)BlockFi has partnered with Coinbase to facilitate "in-kind" crypto payouts (specifically BTC, ETH, and USDC).The Process: There is no separate BlockFi login for this. Instead, you must log in to your Coinbase account. Requirement: Your Coinbase account's name, email, and date of birth must match your BlockFi records exactly. If they match and your account is KYC-compliant, distributions are deposited automatically.3. Digital Disbursements (For Cash Payments)If your assets were converted to cash, you will not log in to a dashboard. Instead, you will receive a secure email from Digital Disbursements with a unique link to select your payment method (Zelle, PayPal, or Check).Troubleshooting Common Access Issues Issue Resolution Lost Unique ID Search your email for "Kroll" or "BlockFi Distribution." If lost, use the "Submit an Inquiry" form on the Kroll website to request your ID. Tax Document Access BlockFi no longer provides a live portal for CSV downloads. You must contact the Plan Administrator through Kroll to request manual copies of your transaction history. Account Mismatch If your Coinbase email differs from your BlockFi email, the distribution will fail. You must update your Coinbase email to match your legacy BlockFi records. A Warning on Phishing Scams Because the estate is still processing settlement funds from FTX in 2026, scammers are highly active. Never provide your seed phrase or private keys to anyone. Official communications will only come from ra.kroll.com, coinbase.com, or digital disbursements.com. BlockFi will never ask you to pay an "unlock fee" or "gas fee" to receive your distribution.
